How fast can you ship?
Most builds ship in 2 to 3 weeks from kickoff. Focused AI agents or automations can be live in under 10 days. We intentionally only take two clients per month so the team protecting your project is the team building it.
What does it actually cost?
Projects start at $300 for a focused email setup or conversion audit. Typical sites land between $1,000 and $3,500. Full-stack AI agents and e-commerce builds range from $2,500 to $8,000. Everything is a fixed price — no meter running.
Where are you based?
Orange County, California. We meet SoCal clients in person when it helps and serve the rest of the US and EU remotely. All builds happen in our time zone with a live shared Slack channel.
Do you do monthly retainers?
By request. The default engagement is project-based with 14 days of post-launch support included. If you want ongoing care, we offer a simple month-to-month retainer — no annual lock-in.
What stack do you build on?

Who owns the code and accounts?
You do, always. Code ships into your repo. Domains, hosting, and API keys live in your accounts. We never gate-keep access and we never charge exit fees.
What if I don't know exactly what I want?
Most clients don't on day one — that's fine. The first 30-minute call is for scoping and honest triage. If we're the wrong fit, we'll say so and point you at someone better.
