Every engagement runs the same loop, whether it is a ten-day automation or a six-week platform. You always know where the work is, what ships next and what is blocking, because you see the work itself rather than a status deck.

Days 1 to 3

Prototype

Working end to end before production code.

Days 18 to 21 and after

Day ranges reflect a typical three-week build. Longer engagements keep the same phases with longer delivery windows. The proposal states the exact dates.

Phase 01

Discovery. Understand the job, not the ticket.

A working session, usually 45 minutes, where you walk us through the workflow, the storefront or the system you want to change. We ask what success looks like at day 30, day 90 and day 365, and what has already been tried.

Deliverable: one-page build briefScope, exclusions, dependencies, and the single metric that decides whether the build worked.

Days 1 to 3

Phase 02

Prototype. Something real to break, inside a week.

Before we write production code, you are reviewing a working prototype: the agent answering real questions, the site rendering real content, the automation firing end to end. It is small and unpolished, and it is where the gap between what was asked for and what is needed shows up.

Deliverable: revised planIf the target moved, the plan moves with it, in writing, before the delivery phase starts.
For AI systems: evaluation setThe questions and cases the agent must handle correctly, agreed before we tune anything.

Days 4 to 10

Phase 03

Delivery. Built to production standard.

Once the prototype is approved, we harden it: logging, error handling, rate limits, monitoring, tests and documentation. The thing you will run for three years rather than three weeks. You have full access to the repository, the cloud project and the credentials throughout.

Deliverable: deployed systemIn your repo and your accounts, with analytics, monitoring and backups live from the first deploy.
Daily progress, weekly reviewIn a private Slack channel. Decisions are written down where everyone can see them.
Security and compliance passHeaders, access controls, disclosures and deliverability checked before launch.

Days 11 to 18

Phase 04

Transfer. Hand over the keys, stay available.

We walk your team through the system live, record it and leave written runbooks. Then a support window where fixes are on us. After that you can run it yourself, keep us on a growth retainer, or bring us back for the next build. There is no subscription holding anything hostage.

14 to 30 days of post-launch supportBugs fixed at no charge. The length depends on the engagement and is stated in the proposal.
Launch-date commitmentIf we miss the agreed ship date, you get an additional week of post-launch work at no cost. We set dates we intend to keep.
