A studio built to ship.
DarkForge AI is an AI automation and product engineering studio in Orange County, California. We exist for operators who need production systems, agents, storefronts and infrastructure, delivered on a fixed scope and a real date, and owned outright when we are done.
The story
Founded in 2024 to do one thing well: turn AI-accelerated engineering into systems that hold up under real constraints.
DarkForge started in Anaheim in 2024, building commerce and wellness platforms for Southern California operators who had outgrown templates but did not want an enterprise agency bill. The early work set the pattern we still follow: multi-SKU storefronts, prescription telehealth experiences and Python pipelines that replaced hours of manual production. Scope the whole system, build it to production standard, hand it over with the keys.
As the work broadened into real estate lead generation, production AI agents and multi-domain infrastructure, we organized the studio into practices and built our own delivery platform, the tooling that lets a fixed date hold. Today we work with clients across wellness and telehealth, e-commerce, real estate and professional services, in person across Orange County and Los Angeles and remotely across the United States.
We stay deliberately small and senior. The people who scope an engagement are the people who build it, and every client has a single accountable lead from the first call to the last runbook.

Lead-generation platforms with hardened deliverability. D2C Shopify builds with Klaviyo retention. The product image pipeline, lead sourcing stack and deliverability audit CLI that became The Forge.

Claude-powered support agents in production at 99.97% uptime, prescription telehealth storefronts, and one-command infrastructure across a twelve-domain portfolio.
